Shipping and order totals
CryoTimer Base is listed at $34.99 USD. The current standard US shipping option is $6.99, giving an estimated $41.98 before any checkout adjustments. The Stripe payment page confirms the final total, available destinations, delivery options and estimated transit time before payment.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If your destination is unavailable, or you have a time-sensitive order, contact us before purchasing.
An existing order
For a delivery or order question, select “Order & delivery” in our contact form and include your order number if available. Do not include payment-card details. For an Amazon purchase, begin with the help and return options in your Amazon order.
Requesting a return
Please contact us before sending a product back. Select “Return or warranty” and tell us the order number, purchase date and reason for the request. We will confirm the applicable eligibility, return instructions and shipping arrangements. Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.
Direct US purchases have a 30-day return window with a prepaid return label. Ordinary use according to the instructions is allowed. Change-of-mind refunds cover the product price, not the original delivery charge. Read the complete Return & Refund Policy for the process and refund timing.
Damage, defects and warranty
If an item arrives damaged or does not work as expected, stop using it and contact us with a description and your order details. We can arrange a suitable way for you to provide photographs if needed.
The supplied product guide states a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from purchase. Coverage, exclusions and the claim process are governed by the guide and applicable law. Read the product guide and contact us for help with a claim.
