Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected enquiry topic and message, plus any phone or order number you choose to provide. We use these details to answer you, resolve an order or product question, and keep relevant support records. The form is not a newsletter subscription and does not give permission for marketing calls or messages.
Do not submit card numbers, passwords or sensitive health information. The contact form does not accept file attachments.
Orders and payments
Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not in this website’s contact form. Stripe and the merchant process the information needed for payment and fulfilment, including delivery and transaction details. We do not receive your full payment-card number through this website. Stripe’s privacy policy explains its processing.
Order access and reviews
For purchases through our website checkout, We retrieve verified checkout and refund information from Stripe through authenticated server-to-server requests to maintain our private order service on Bluehost. We store the checkout reference, customer email and name, delivery address, purchased items, payment totals and status, and any shipment tracking entered by our team. We do not store full payment-card numbers. This service supports orders received after its activation; contact us for help with an earlier order.
You can request a private, single-use email link to access orders associated with your checkout email. The link expires after 15 minutes; the signed-in session lasts up to one hour. Never forward a sign-in link. Essential session cookies, short-lived login requests, hashed access tokens and rate-limit records protect access. Owner access is limited to our approved support administrator; shipment changes and review moderation are recorded in a private audit log.
Reviews are optional. Only a customer with a paid website order can submit a verified-purchase review. With your explicit publication consent, your rating, chosen public display name, title, review text and submission date may appear on our site after moderation. Your email, delivery address and order number are not published. All ratings are welcome; moderation concerns authenticity, privacy and abuse, not whether a review is positive. Contact us to request a correction or removal. Private feedback sent through our contact form is not published automatically. Shipment-tracking links open Amazon Swiship or delivery-carrier websites, which apply their own privacy policies.
Optional Amazon sign-in
If you choose Amazon sign-in, Amazon asks for your permission to share your name and email address with CryoTimer and to let us request your Prime membership status. We use the approved information to identify you and support eligible shopping and order services. We save your full name, email address and Amazon account identifier in private customer storage on our Bluehost server. Signing in does not place an order, charge you or subscribe you to marketing. Amazon sign-in is currently being tested; it does not by itself mean that Buy with Prime checkout or automatic order fulfilment is available.
Amazon controls its own authentication and consent screens. You can manage or revoke the application’s access through your Amazon account. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning records stored by CryoTimer, use our contact form. Amazon’s Privacy Notice describes Amazon’s processing.
Hosting, security and cookies
Bluehost hosts this website; infrastructure and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information and connection logs to deliver and protect it. The contact form uses an essential session cookie and temporary rate-limiting records to protect against spam. Optional Amazon sign-in uses a separate essential session cookie to validate the sign-in response and maintain your session; authentication tokens are kept in server-side session storage rather than public website files. This site does not currently run advertising pixels, an analytics platform or a marketing-cookie system.
Fonts are served locally. A YouTube privacy-enhanced player loads only when you press Play; YouTube may process connection and playback information then. External links, including Instagram and research providers, apply their own policies. A future analytics or advertising feature will require an updated notice and any applicable consent controls.
Sharing and retention
Contact enquiries are sent to our support mailbox. Hosting, email and payment providers process information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell contact-form information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We keep support and order records only as needed to respond, provide service, comply with applicable recordkeeping duties and handle disputes. Temporary contact-form rate-limit data is removed after it expires. Contact us if you would like information about a particular record or a deletion request.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we may need to verify a request without collecting unnecessary information. Optional fields may be left blank. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13.
